This is one of Austin’s oldest Mexican restaurants (opened in 1952!) and one of the best places to find authentic Tex-Mex in town. Prickly pear margaritas, tacos al carbon, and the Bob Armstrong Dip are perennial favorites, although you can never go wrong with the enchiladas. They also do a good job of accommodating large groups.
